Our cleaning machine comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If, during the warranty period, the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents. It also does not cover damages caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications, or use of the machine with non-compatible products.

How to Make a Claim

If you experience any issues with your cleaning machine, please contact our customer service department. We may ask you to provide proof of purchase and details of the problem. If we determine that the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Limitations: This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Shipping Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
