I gotta give it up for the customer service from this company, it's seriously top-notch! They helped us out big time with some problems we had and even hooked us up with some training. Plus, they were super responsive and sent us replacement parts when we needed them. The machine itself is clutch for our production and warehouse floors, and it's a breeze to use. It works like a charm and it's super easy to use! I used it on my travertine tiles and they were sparkling like new. Plus, it got rid of that nasty grout haze that no amount of mopping could handle. The quality of this thing is top-notch, but the only issue is that the wheels have these hex head bolts that can really mess up wood or other surfaces if you accidentally bump into them. They should have used rounded heads or some plastic caps to prevent that, ya feel me?
I gotta say - I'm totally loving this machine! It works like a charm for my old man, no complaints here!
