I was kinda on the fence about buying this thing, but once I got it and put it together, it was all good! It's seriously a great investment, man. If you have a walk behind thingy, you definitely need this one. The instructions are easy to follow and it's a breeze to use. It does an awesome job cleaning and I highly recommend it!
This floor scrubber unit is really basic, but as a small janitorial company, it's exactly what we can afford and it works perfectly for our needs. It's got a lot of mechanical components, like a lever to raise and lower the scrubber pad and squeegee, instead of electric buttons - but that's fine by me. If it means we can save money and still get a great machine, then I'm all for it!
The only thing I wish the user manual included was a note about the small brake release lever located at the back
